my specific lip is made of ABS plastic, and it is a copy of the max tuning lip( i think). The color did come black(color of the plastic)

Hi, How are you? I have a pertinent question regarding my maxima lights and am looking for some insight/advice. I was wondering if you could give me your personal opinion on my situation. My headlights on my maxima recenlty blew out ( for no explalined reason), and I ordered HID conversion kit through a friend off ebay. Now after I ordered them I read the thread on HID LIGHTS on their hazards and such, and I am now concerned about what I have ordered. These are what I ordered: 95-99 Xenon HID Kit-Head Light-8000K, what is your opinion what I should do with them, install them, or get rid of them?
