I didn't know that the spacers come in that size. OK sounds good, yeah that's a better idea. Could you explain what you mean? Are you saying that two 10mm will put more stress on the hub and its a better route for me just to get 20mm spacers?

Just to give you some background information. I currently will be redoing my 2002 maxima 17 inch rims. I would have just preferred to get wider tires like 235/ or 245 but it is recommended to just use 225/50/R17 with these rims since they are relative skinny in thickness. Since I will be pulling and rolling my fenders, I would like my stance to be more broad hence why I am looking to use the 20mm thickness from the spacers. Also, down the line when I am able to raise some funds, I plan to get 20 inch rims that are 8.5 in thickness and I will use 245/40/R20 tires. Originally I was thinking that I should get a bunch of 10mm spacers because I would have just used one 10mm spacer with the 20s and 2 10mm spacers per rim with the 17s.

Why couldn't you use 1x20mm spacers? Rather unsafe since you are putting stress on the hub.

For 20mm you would probably want 60mm extended lugs.

yes, that's correct. So total I would need 8 10mm spacers.

To clarify, you want to stack 2x10mm spacers per axle?

Thanks. OK cool. I would have gone coilovers too but the funds aren't there so I ill just do lowering springs for the time.

I asked about spacers because I would like to use two 10mm spacers per rim, do you know what length studs I would need to get?

Thanks for the compliments. Yup, familiar with spacers. I'm on Progress coilovers.

Hey, you did a really awesome job with you max! Are you familiar with using spacers? And also, are you on coilovers or just lowered springs?
