The LED change out is actually very easy, you can do the entire job using just a butter knife and maybe 15 minutes. I changed mine out first week I got my car. As everyone says you get what you pay for with LEDs so be careful with real cheap ones on eBay, they might burn out or be not very bright.

Unfortunately no I don't live near Brooklyn or I'd help ya out; but I think you're going to love this forum. There are guides on everything. Here are a few links for you bro - welcome to the forum.

Hamzer mods - how to install LED strips, change headlight bulbs

Guide to installing interior LED bulbs

Thanks bro - I'll most likely get them from V-LEDs! I'll def check out those links you shared. Much appreciated!

Anyone know what the bulbs # are for the in cabin, trunk, etc.? I wanted to order all of them including the license plate ones from v-leds.

Also - hate the yellow bulb for high beam and fog lights - what are my options? I have a 3.5SV Prem/Tech. Thx

I hate the yellow high beams too...although I think HID high beams are kind of pointless as I barely use them...just looking for some hyper white normal bulbs instead

Totally - if you find one let me know? I'll do the same!

You installed the 6k HID bulbs on your headlights - what comes from factory? 5k?

I think so, some have said 4300 instead of 5k. I think my headlights were changed by the previous owner cause mine are definitely blueish, possibly 6k or 8k. I got 5k fogs first and they didn't match my headlights at all, definitely way more yellow. the 6k are whiter and closer, but I could probably go a little higher to get a more precise match. sort of got tired of messing with it, lol.

Just picked up my my silver '11 Maxima SV. First mods are tints and lighting. Going with the Notto SE hid's for low beams and fogs. All interior led bulbs from vleds.

Can someone tell me or post a link to the right size bulb for the reverse lights? Preferably from vleds as I'm ordering the others from there.

Also, is there a way to change out the side mirror turn signal LED's?

Thanks

The only light I have not changed is the glovebox but I haven't bothered to find out what bulb it takes.
I looked at my trunk bulb and is the same as the other interior bulbs. Why do you need the led socket?

Trying to figure out if I want the 6K or the 5K for the full interior swap. I see a bunch of 5K in here, anyone have a 6K they could share?

Once my new computer module is installed and I actually have interior lights, I plan to replace the interior lights, minus the vanity lights. I am ordering the 5K bulbs for my license plate from v-leds tonight.

DO YOU HAVE THE LINK OF THE ONE YOU PURCHASED? I ORDERED SPME FROM EBAY BEFORE AND NONE OF THEM WERE BRIGHT ENOUGH...SO I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE YOURS A TRY! THANKS!
