Calling all 4AT > 6MT 5.5-gen swaps

I haven't been able to find a lot of technical information on successful 5.5-gen 4AT to 6MT swaps, but I have read through all of the 4th-gen threads and the few 5th gen ones that elude to a little bit of information (BIGMAX19 ant turbo95max). I'm mainly interested in mitigating starting, gauge function, cruise control, reverse indication, and the various MIL issues. Basically, the electronics. It seems that has been the issue for the few who have attempted it.

I'm buying turbojeff's parts to do the swap in my 3rd-gen Altima. There's not much of a knowledge-base for this on the other forum, so I appreciate any help here.

It looks like I may go with a MT ECU, as I can easily get the immobilizer data swapped, but if I get a MT ECU, do I need a MT wiring harness and MT dash? Is there any hope just staying with the AT ECU? Anything else significant that I would need here, or stuff that needs splicing?
Any help with the PNP/starter inhibitor would be cool, too.
I've been reading through the TSM, but it's hard to predict everything from that.

Unfortunately, these guys are not on the forum anymore.

Note that the 5.5 gen ECU is nearly identical to the early 3rd gen Altimas.
