Sup bro, I was just checking back in with you. I sent the money on Sunday, but haven't heard anything from you since then? Did the payment clear?

You know, I'm hoping that the guy is ok and that something didn't happen, but I'm starting to get worried. Does anybody know the OP? The crazy thing is I think he's originially from Hawaii to and he PM'd me saying his brother still lives here. He seemed to have decent feedback and has been a member for a while. Any guys in OR care to help me out? Know him? Can get in touch with him? Any help would be much appreciated

Well, over 1 week has gone by and as far I know, the wheels have not been sent out. I pm'd the seller multiple times and got 1 response on last Friday, basically just saying "sorry I didn't get back to you, I SHOULD be able to send them out this weekend." Well, it's now almost Tuesday and still no response back. WTF?!?! Not cool. I understand that sometimes things come up, but at least have the courtesy to keep the guy who's $700 hard earned dollars you now have, posted on what's going on. If you read this post, just refund my money.

What really sucks is that not even an hour after I paypal'd this guy my money, a set popped up for sale locally........same price, but with tires. Just great. Now I'm stuck $700 poorer and still no idea if my wheels are even on the way?! Sucks to be me I guess

He lives about 2.5 hours south of me. If I had business there, I'd pick them up and ship them for ya. There might be some Portland guys that might be able to grab them for you.

Thanks for the offer, I appreciate it. The crappiest thing is that all I ever ask for is that I be kept informed of what is going on. If there's a delay, then just let me know why....no biggie. I don't even need the wheels right away, but common courtesy would at least let the other guy know what is going on. It's a shame it has to be like this. At this point, I just want my money back

OMG! I almost bought these from this member before you did. I hope this is just a misunderstanding and everything is sorted out, but this is what makes me nervous about buying stuff through the forums.

I still hope it's just a misunderstanding too and if something is wrong or something happened, I hope all is well. But for him to just completely keep me out of the loop, that's just not right. When he pm'd me on Friday, he could've easily explained himself, but he didn't. If we were dealing with a $50 part or something, I'd just say to hell with it, but we're talking about $700. For some that may not be much, but it is for me. I just want a refund already as it's not end of the day on Wednesday and still no contact from the seller since Friday.

WOW, PM the Moderators to see if they can help in anyway. Did you use paypal? if so open a claim. Paypal is usually pretty good with it.

it sucks he was posting all day to responses from others saying his price is too high.

Keep us posted

Yeah, I hear you. I've opened a claim with Paypal and also posted in his regional forum too. On MOnday, I'll probably try and call the Portland Police Dept and see if they can out me in the right direction on getting my money back.

contact your bank and tell them to open a dispute on the payment. paypal blows, and my bank took care of everything.

I'm not 100% sure but I think paypal only covers up to $500. Hopefully its just a misunderstanding and everything is ok with the seller. He should still keep you in the loop. Good luck bro.....

Hope you get this sorted out, if you don't hear anything by the end of the week its probably best to assume its a no go.

Good luck!

Seriously your wifes gaydar alarm didn't ring these past 5 years you have insisted on only banging her from behind?

What correlation is there between combativeness and honesty?

Anyway, Brandons money has been refunded. None of this is his problem but I got sent to a field office for work - No PC and edge network on a good day.

Sorry for the hassle man, worst timing on earth. Many apologies.

Moving on, the wheels are back up for sale.

$500 picked up only. lawlz.

guess all this **** going on in this thread and how his last deal went wouldn't persuade you to stay away unless you're a local that can pick up...

No way your room mate would be able to ship? At all? I'll give you $600 shipped (it usually costs about $25/each to ship). I have money in hand and if you can just get your roommate to work it out, we shouldn't have any problems. If there is a way you can work this out with your room mate, I'm definitely interested. Unfortunately, I can't pick up.

PM me if this is doable. If not, GLWS.

He got sent out of town for work.

Too each his own. No need for you to post that nonsense in this thread (ie stop trolling).

This is bull **** that people freeked out, I got sent to the field office. I sold a set of SE-R wheels about 2 months ago without any F-ing problems. I shipped them to Marines father in the south because he is at war. Link to thread below and *** all the hater's. Sorry again bran808 for all the BS.
