my mom got one (we're chinese). She went to the chinatown police office (next to the school) and said she was making a delivery to her store. We got let off. But then again, she was in a Previa with commercial lic plate.

Double parked means taking 2 spaces right? how do you do that when most of the parking is on the side of the street?

youve probably never been to chinatown...it means when one car is parked next to the curb..and you come up next to it..in the lane..and turn your hazards on..and leave...go buy a sandwhich or somethin

I was getting a pearl drink at the corner shop on 9th street(or 7th I forget) parked behind another parked car unloading stuff. I didn't even get to see the cop to come up with an excuse. I came back and saw the bright green apple envelope on my windshield. What's more ****ed up is that the car parked on the red didn't get a ticket.

I wish I had a friend that worked in a shop....I decided just to pay the $30 ticket, hopefully I learn my lesson
