Cattman Performance looking for 00-03 Maxima in SoCal for 3" catback fit

Hi fellow 5th gen Maxima owners (00-04 I30/I35 OK too). We (Cattman Performance) are beginning production on a 3" version of our catback system for 00-03 Maximas this month and need to find a vehicle for a quick test fit.

This part was developed a couple years ago, but never produced in numbers. Since we only made one on the manufacturing fixture, I'd like to fit the first production part onto a car to make sure its perfect before making the rest of the batch.

If you live in Southern California and have an interest in a nice 3" catback, give us a call (800.759.9920). The catback will be available with ($739.99) or without ($659.99) a resonator (turbos don't need the resonator, everyone else will probably want one). Installion typically takes an hour and the shop is in Westminster (OC). In return for working with us, the customer gets a free professional installation and a small discount on the price. The only limitation is that I'd prefer a car that isn't lowered more than about 1.75" (stock ride height would be best).

Brian I have bought my entire suspension and just purchased the headers from you 2 weeks ago is this the only option in getting this exhaust. I am freash out of dough right now and the wifey would be pissed.

We'll do the 4th gen too, but wanted to start with the 5th gen because we already have the design worked out.

I like for the fitment to take place in SoCal, so if there's an issue my fabricator can see it with his own eyes, take his own measurements, etc., it just works out much better that way. The Cattmobile is here in AZ, and I just don't have the time to drive back and forth - I'd be away from the office a minimum of 3 days.

And of course we very much appreciate your business, but I can't give away a $700+ catback exhaust. If you think a moderate discount would make a difference, give us a call and we'll try to work something out.

Thanks for offering. I wish we were that mobile, but most of our product development and fitment checks have to occur in Westminster, CA.
