INFINEON RACEWAY Wednesday Night Drags!! TEST YOUR CAR, RUN IT DOWN THE QUARTER MILE!

Time: 3:00pm - 7:00pm
Location: Infineon Raceway, Highways 37 and 121,
City/Town: Sonoma, CA

WHAT: The popular Wednesday Night Drags program at Infineon Raceway, September 27th. The raceway opens its gates for fans who would like to race down the world-famous quarter-mile drag strip.

OBJECTIVE: The objective of the program is to give people, from teen-agers to working professionals, a safe, legal and controlled environment in which to race their vehicles, as opposed to using city streets or back-county roads, and to test your cars power and capabilities. Anyone can go!

WHEN: Wednesday 8/27, racing spans from 3 p.m.-10 p.m.

WHERE: Infineon Raceway, Highways 37 and 121, Sonoma, California, 95476.

"WE WILL PROBABLY MEET UP AND CARAVAN OVER THERE, GOING TO MEET SOMEWERE IN THE CITY. WE'LL DETERMINE THAT AFTER I FIGURE OUT HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE GOING TO GO!!!"

WHO: Anyone with a driver's license can compete, providing their vehicle or motorcycle passes a simple technical inspection. All vehicles must have mufflers. The event attracts a varied crowd, including teen-agers, mothers, working professionals and grandparents racing everything from Corvettes to Mini-Vans. Three-hundred cars are allowed to compete each Wednesday night. The weekly event attracts an average of 900-1,200 people (competitors and spectators).

It would be nice having some maxima guys out there....invite your friends if you want as well, dont have to be maxima's althought i know that some of you only have friends with nissans

I was just about to come post about this... My boy is gonna be in "Pinks" next week, so we're tunin' his Camaro up for his big race. I didn't plan on runnin the track, being I'm almost all stock with my Max but I'll be on the look out for ya!

I didn't show up til around 6. I seen you make one pass as I was headed down there. I was looking for you afterwards but you must've taken off already. That was my first time there, and now I wish I would've ran my ride. There were some hoopties out there, lol. My boys Camaro ran a 9.78. Now I got the itch to go boosted!

For all you other Max's in the Bay, we should all go out there in Sep/Oct. Every Wednesday for the next couple of months... Rep' for the NorCal Maxima's!

haha, nice...which run did you see?...i ran 15.4 15.2 and 15.7...then got disqualified...did you see that babe in the orange 69 camero......wow... i wish my gf had a car like that...it was way too hot there...it hit 106 degrees.....i wasnt getting any traction at all

Yeah, I'm not sure which run of yours I saw. I missed the hottie in the Camaro

But there was a girl runnin' a Mercedes Coupe, think it was a CLK, that was smokin everyone. Good times though, hopefully it won't be so damn hot next time...

yea the black clk...she was running 13 seconds flat every time
