its nice out here.... we have been having weird weather lately. 2 days ago, the temperature was in the low 80's....But today it was in the high 90's....

June and July are our hot days.... but when it hits October it starts to cool down...

If you want to have 60 - 70 degree winter with no earthquakes or tornados or floods, come on down to arizona...

Winter is the best out here. We rarely get snow at all, but within 2 hour drive, you can still be skiing or snowboarding in Flagstaff. If you can stand the heat for 4-5 months, you'll like it here.

I think sand storm depends on how much dust and sand it picks up, maybe out in the open area, it's less visibility. I was in one when i was driving on the city highway, it wasn't bad, just keep your distance with other cars. It doesn't happen often either.

We want to meet more often, but people need to show up more lol.

That happened to me before once. Accept it wouldn't open. And so I manually opened it (kinda) by repededly pushing the up/down button just to the right of the forward/backward button for the moonroof. After doing that for the night, my forward/backward button worked again for some reason...

that's what they told me, but i have 65k now. No warranty for that. They are asking for 1600 to replace. I think i am just going to keep the sunroof close for now. They said it's the cables worn out, so i need a whole new roof assembly. I think the motor is fine, it was still moving a little bit, but it was just stuck after that. What do you think?

i think that's what happen when the battery disconnected. You just have reset the sunroof, just like what you did.
