Ok, as I suggested in another thread, whoever is caravaning from wherever, be it LA / SD / the Valley .. why don't we consolidate all our caravans together at a nice place 10 minutes from the show, and form one big caravan together for the big drive-in?
I suggested Huntington Beach Mall. Its approximately 10 min from Stillen; I think anyone going to the meet can spare 20-30 min to meet everyone else from the .ORG there. (Sounds reasonable to me anyways, and I live a whole 5 min from $tealin) Its off the 405 @ Beach Blvd.. right off the freeway.
Basically, the mall is dead except for Barnes & Nobles + Burlington Coat factory. I suggested meeting behind Burlington Coat factory, cuz that side of the parking lot has a lot more room, with less dips & stop signs. No way (or anyone hanging out at Barnes&Nobles / Starbucks) could miss 20-30 Maximas just sitting out there. Theres even a back entrance (another reason for Burlington back-side) to the 405.. we can all pile up at the light, block off Geckos .. hahah.
If you guys think its a good idea, please respond here. The location doesn't have to be at HB Mall, i just think theres a lot of room there, its close to Stillen & the 405, and you wont be disturbing traffic too much, since the mall is dead. (Unlike any Sams club at nearly any time..)
Time & Location are the big Q's.. i think my location is decent.. so how about it? Small caravans meet up to form one huge caravan.. this way even super-locals [irvine, santa ana, etc] can caravan in with the others.. big show of Maxima.Org unity as well.
Would like to know what you guys think.. if cool.. we'll fire up a post/poll to choose a time to meet, and keep in mind that guys are driving about 1hr from SD as well.

Well, if no1 wants to meet at the mall b4 the meet, thats cool. Was just offering up a suggestion for a consolidation of the caravans to form one big caravan.. we could take up all 5 lanes (if someone carpools) of the 405 all the way to bristol. That'd be neat..

it's on Barranca and Von Karman and it's really really close to Stillen.

We could do that, but theres really no point if its just irvine ppl. theres like 3 different caravans. Ones meetin at Sams Club in gardena.. dunno about the SD guys.
If we cant find a central point to cruise in as one big caravan, our lil local meet really is like 4 people..
