I would definitely be down to help out, unfortunately I don't get back to the United States until January though.

By the way, I've got a 97-99 Ionic Dynamics body kit for sale and have had a ridiculous time getting rid of the thing. I was selling it for $325 shipped, which is $125 less than on the website. I've had the thing for years, has never been on a car, and I no longer have a max. $200 local pick up, I have no need for this and want it to find a good home.

Pics of said kit?

Hey man you got pix of the kit? Also what color is the kit? I might know some people that might be interested in your kit. PM me and we can talk.

So like a dumbass I forgot to check if I had any old pictures of the kit before I boxed it up (which I did not). Here is the website
http://www.ionicdynamics.com/newmaximakit.html with pictures of the kit. It is unpainted and has not been on a car. I have it at my friends place out of town to store it but will have it in Denver Wednesday or Thursday of next week. It sells for $450 shipped so I'm asking for less than half, need the money and want to see it on a max. Any other questions just let me know.

Hey everyone ... I just came across http://www.conoc.net Colorado Nissan Owners Club. Currently it's overrun with 240sx's and 350z's ... There are only 3 maxima threads in the specific car forums. We need some more maxima representation!

EDIT: I know I'm new to this sub-forum and the CONOC has been around since january, but I figured for the people that may not have seen it in the previous posts, if it was even mentioned.

Hey! I'm on CONOC too! Early last summer I found them and started going on their cruises/meet and greets. Definitely an awesome group of people. For a while I was the only Maxima in the club, but we've got quite a few now. The last cruise I went on we had 2 4th gens not including mine (it was apart in my garage because I hadn't finished my 00vi yet).

This upcoming spring should be awesome, I can't wait for some nice weather and some cruises!

Police tint BS

Heads up to everybody that may be driving in Westminster or Arvada, the police are really starting to crack down on window tint not sure why now. In the past month myself in westy and a friend in westy and arvada have been pulled over and warned about the darkness of our window tint. My Friend Stock 06 Civic with 30% tint warned but never ticketed, Myself 97 maxima and about 20% tint, yes I know its not legal. I have had this tint for about 4 years and not once ever bothered the cop told me that he wouldn't give me a ticket but that the tint law says with my back windows this dark the front windows cant be tinted more than 70% that's basically no tint. Not sure why their making a big deal now, as not only is my car dark but I used to work for a mercedes dealer and drove quite a few clients cars with that same level of tint as well as the front windshield tinted and that's totally illegal and never bothered me.

Thanks for the headsup! One of the first things on my list to do was get my windows tinted.

Modena- The z is running good, wish I could say the same for my talon!

Yea, It can be expensive to turbocharge it, but if you were just looking for a basic kit for a few extra hp it's not that bad. Now the fwd thing can get tiresome if you're making enough power. If you are interested in doing something like that I could help you out.
