my 2002 maxima wheels audio lips!

So as you've seen on my s2000... i change wheels like i change oil..

But this is for the maxima

i've came accross 2 sets of rims that i liked...They aren't flashy or anything but i like em and they are pretty cheap...

Lately i've been neglecting the maxima and the wifey has been driving her for awhile but we've moved and are closer to work so she took back her car and i took back the maxima... man i forgot how lovely the car is!!!

During the time, the Wifey had the windows tinted all the way around.. 35%

i've already lowered the car to H-techs but i used the same shocks... i bought brand new shocks and mounts and they are coming in this week..

Well i have the bose stereo system and its becoming junk.. cuts in and out and stuff... so last night Sandy went to best buy and bought me this Pioneer set.. its a cd player and pioneer 3way speakers.. and bought another set of the same speakers for the back...

then went to walmart, bought me a sony Amp *600watt* and the 12 inch 1200 watt sony sub, with enclosure, wires, dash kit.. bla bla.. so now i get to install all that!

I want a front lip.. like stillen or something.. but ebay has a bunch so i may grab one hahahaha

OH and last but not least... these two rims..

which do you like? i can't make up my mind..

http://www.wheelsnext.com/wheels-tir...C%20Black.html

or

http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/MiniW...d=true&sw=1024

I'm leaning towards the first set. I love the concave look but then again, i like the bright silver of the other set cuz of the stock rims are the same color..

thoughts?

first set: machined with black. I see BMW's running similar rims and they look great.

Plus with it being black on the insides of the spokes, dirt isn't as noticeable.

Damn you took the thoughts right out of my head..

thats exactly what i was thinking.. easier to clean and maintain... the sunken face look is what i love the most.. i figured with a majestic blue car and me being lowered already.. these would look good with a front lip and tinted windows...

have you debadged your car? i havent done this but i would like too.. its just a heat gun or blow dryer, time, and just peel off and wipe away with some goo gone right?

I've been driving a BMW M roadster for three years now. I'm NOT debadging that!

Really though, I like those rims.

The first rim FO SHO is sick, but I dunno about a blk wheel on a blue car!

I dont think your gonna get the FINESSE your looking for.

Right train (1st wheel) Wrong track (blue Max) can you get them in silver or gun metal?

See thats what i was worried about... they look hot... but on a majestic.. not sure...

the 2nd one i picked was because of the bright silver and it matches the oem rims in terms of color..

the first set is machined face so it's shiny but then again.. its gonna be hard to know if i can pull it off...

i guess i can always sell..

I REAAAAAAAAAALLY wannted to buy these and put them on my s2000 but they dont come staggered until you hit 19's... but damn.. 19's on an s2000 is pushing it lol

350 track editions on a majestic....

but then you'll look just like Joel (puppetmaster)

but that would be a good thing, since his maxima is sexier than pretty much all others

both choices of yours would looks good, but on a blue max, I'd go with the 2nd.

i love the first ones sooo much but i know they probably wouldnt look right on my car...I can see those on an evo or subie or something...

The lighter silver compliments the majestic better i guess...

http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/MiniW...d=true&sw=1024

here.. this is a machine face with black accent on a mesh rim.. similar to the first rims i picked out..

this is wat it would look like on my majestic kinda...

so i guess we have sorta a visual, would you still pick the first one? or stick with the 2nd?

Since i've completed my stereo system and shocks... i've prepared to get the rest done!

I'm SO close to pulling the trigger for the OBX headers/ypipe, megan exhaust, tp and fujita?fugita? the intake lol....just want that filter away from the heat...Also, i'm gonna order the NWP spacers and the block off plate...

i set aside that money already but things happen within a week and a half that could draw that fund so i'm waiting til next pay day to make sure i'm straight...

EXCITING NEWS!!! my shocks were installed.. AWESOME.. but today, my brakes, rotors, and my rims come today!!! thursday, the billet grill/goodridge SS lines/Stillen lip kit all come on thursday!!

my IONICDYNAMIC rear spoiler thing came yesterday along with my rain guards and wind diffuser for the sun roof...the speed bleeders came yesterday too...

once i get the brakes all replaced and bled on thursday, i'm taking the car to the shop to get the following repainted by my painter.. hood, front bumper, front stillen lip, rear trunk *debadging as well* rear bumper, rear stillen lip, and the ionic rear window spoiler thing...

once i get it back, then i'll be installing the grilles, bug deflector, sun roof wind deflector, the rain guards *clips in, not the sticky tape kind..*and the rims!

the looks of the car will be complete...

Then soon i'll have the looks of the car done... then its gonna be moved onto the performance... front to rear.. spacers, block off plate, headers, test pipe, exhaust. Then i'll get the car reflashed from Techno Square...

last but not least but shoulda been first but wasnt......lol.......getting the valve body redone with the transgo kit from HIlls garage...

i think this will be a nice lil daily driver

lol.. i'm not rich or anything.. i just saved n saved..

i had a 2002 maxima that was the same exterior color and i NEVER got do what i wanted to do with it cuz i traded it for my s2000... well having a turbo s2000 means you need a daily so i found mine for cheap and finally had the chance to do what i've always wanted to do

but i'll post pics.. i'm having my photographer take pics of both my cars together and having the wifey model for them.. i'm most likely going to make a sig out of both of them with her modeling.

UPDATE!

My stillen stuff came in and the SS lines came in and the billet lower grill from stillen as well!

i installed the SS lines and i prepped the brake brackets to be painted red... aaaaand bad but good news..i guess lol... My rear brake calipers were seized... happened in my old maxima.. i just bought brand new calipers all the way around..

might as well right? new disks, pads, lines, speed bleeders..might as well with calipers..

well the calipers are coming in today and i'm painting everything red.. then installing all together! hopefully it'll stop alot better than it has been! lol...

Another Update...

got the maxima back all painted!!!

Lip kit on, rims on, lower grill on and the led's all installed and the smoked out side markers as well..

Gotta install the ionic's rear window thing which was also painted to the car..the sun roof wind thing...the rain guards and i'm debating now about the front bug deflector..

The oem grill is getting painted now too

after seeing the smoked side markers installed, i ordered the smoked out clear rear tailights too to match...

finishing up today!
