most will be surprised at what im trying to do
O.k as of recent im starting to feel bored at driving idk if its because of my suspension problems, should already have rims but dont, or just the simple fact that its an auto (i'm saying the 3rd)... i get tired of something easily and at this time im tired of two things about my car, (the color n transmission) so, i'm thinking after i get my wheels (im just gonna settle for watever) my next thing is a 5spd swap, everyone that knows me knows i'm not gonna have a thing to do with this swap except paying lol, i currently know two ppl that will probebly do it, one for sure... however, i kno DC forum has couple mechanics and if your willing to do the task and make some $$$ then yall knock yourselves out... however pricing would have to be less than what my shop would charge... hit me, n yes datdude, jaypee, chunie, vq, ghostmax, sho off, FREAKYG n all yall lil fags  you heard me im officially bored of auto trans...

thanks, i thought most were lsd and the AE is vlsd, i might be wrong

The only 5-speeds that were VLSD(LSD-same difference for the most part) are the AEs or the Canadian versions

^^^ i've read up on that, pm'ed jime n all, im not really doing it for performance purposes moreso the simple fact that im bored of auto's, i have nothing against them just bored...

I am no diff guru, I admit that If you are wanting to do a tranny swap, get one from an AE if you can find one or you can possibly source a quaife LSD for the open-diff maxima tranny. I personally would stick with the 5-speed and stay away from the 6-speed....just my opinion....

Well with price estimates for the swap being about $1k to 2K for just the parts, I'm just gonna pass
suprastick 350
and I'm pulling the tranny for a full rebuild with VB mod and HS TC. I think the paddle shifters with Manumatic mode is enough to pursade me, I would've decided this a long time ago if our damn cars with proper gearing 4 speeds or even a 5sp auto for that matter.

this is what i would do....turn ur 5thgen back 2 stock....trade it in...keep the parts u have and get a 5.5gen auto or 6speed.....then im pretty sure u will be happier that way
