Well I went to buy my 15" L7 from a dude in PA and it was fine. Then I played it for 1 day and the rubber surround came loose and started flapping during operation. I was able to repair it with some black silicone sealant then the other side came loose. I will be repairing that side tonight. If anybody wants the sub I will let it go for cheap since it's damaged. However, it does still work.

I'm starting to think it's worth more to me in my trunk than the $80. Might just get another 15" box or a Dual 15" box. It still rocks hard.
i say do that.....you can invert it to stop the cone from excirting too far...or just buy 4 and place that in the rear set.... i can make a box for that...

no it wont, you really NEED like 4 of those... i never understood 2, they just didnt hold up for me....then when i switched to the MTX 9501 amp, the had to go or i had to do 4... you will end up going biger i gaurantee it...
Can you hear at all? 4 L7 15s? The ONE that I have is shaking bolts loose.
yea every car i get i dynamat the car @ LEAST 2times, usually 3 layers...lol... the vw is done with 4 layers, and locktight some of the screws and bolts...lol....
