1st CNC BBQ Meet of 2009 Busse Woods IL 4/26/09

After looking at the schedule, and seeing the polls (nohomo)

The final date agreed on is Sunday April 26 2009. Starting time will be from 10am to Sunset.

Location is Busse Woods Grove 24.

This will be a pot luck type deal, people can either bring drinks, meat, dessert, or a finished plate...your choice. Just make sure to include what you're bringing in the attendance count. It is open to everyone although I don't want to make this an "Official All Nissan/Infiniti Meet". We'll see how this goes, and maybe later in the year we'll make an all inclusive meet. Feel free to post it in other forums if you like, but make sure you state the pot luck rules. All are welcome, it doesn't matter what car you drive.
There's more than a month left to make a request for a day off/fix your car...etc.

Edit: Rules of the Meet
1. No loud radios or revving of engines.
2. No underage Drinking...anyone caught will be kicked out.
3. Everyone is to park with their front facing the curb. It is safety precaution and people can see mods without getting hit by passing cars
4. No bottles allowed. If you bring any you better make sure to take them with you, or not be seen with them by Security.
5. No burnouts.
6. Make sure to put on your front plate. Lately security, and cops in the area have been hassling people over tint in front windows, and front plate.

I wish it was 65+ Maxima, but this is all Nissans. Before the end of the year I hope to have one with 100+ Nissans.

i am definitly going , my buddy is also coming with his 350. i have two questions. 1st what time will the meet start and end. and 2nd how much food should i bring like if i bring chips how many bags or cookies how many packages.

People are welcome to drop by at any time they please. I will be there at 10am, meet ends at Sundown per Preserve's rules.

We have way too many people bringing chips, and drinks. If you want to bring something bring some burgers and buns. We're spreading most of the bulk so that no one person has to carry the whole burden.

What a great meet. We had crazy thunderstorms in the morning, muddy filed to walk through, and yet more than 60 cars show up. Plenty of leftover food, and drinks.
