if he's running a 20mm offset in teh rear and thats how it sits...i'd guess a +40-45 offset

He said he was running a 20mm spacer, we still don't know the original offset of the wheel. I'd say that's a good assumption considering the look and width of the wheel (+45 would be my guess)

I have +45, 8" wide with a 15mm spacers in the rear, and I think after all the #'s are said and done, it's like 0.65mm difference in stance, and mine look nearly identical to the OP's.

i have a 9" wide wheel w/ 30 offset...seems like mine is a little more sunken in than the OPs...you can look at my thread to make your decision...but it sorta does.

Yeah I wouldn't mind another 5mm is so. I wish my wheels were at least 8" wide. Go a good deal on these so I couldn't pass up.

Who said I cared what it looked like from the side?

Stance = front or back, not side.

Offset can't really be noticed from the side. Barely noticeable here in the rear only.

did you mean 0.65 inch?? stance is usually when u look at it from the side...and you're trying to achieve stance with spacers....

at least 9's for rears or bust !

I stated, 0.65mm is the difference between the OP's and 1 of my set-ups ... as in verifying phatboi's surprise that yes, they're fat spacers, but even in 8" width, they don't look very wide, nor 'stick out' very much.

I barely achieved flush'ness' w/ 8.5 +33 + 15mm spacer in the rear and +33 +5mm spacer in front.

I'd rather not stagger.

Now, on an RWD, sure.

4th and 5th gen have different wheel well depts. always needs a staggered setup to run flush all around. or same width but lower offset in rear.

the biggest obstacle is getting the electrical issues / messed up alarm figured out so it can be started from the inside..... If successful, from then on, its allll downhill. It wont be a DD anymore thus its going to be one of the wildest 4th genners ever around really, there are no limits this time
