Wheel Fitment Question??

Ok I'm mostly a motor guy that likes to play on the street/track but its time to do something to this car to set itself apart and not look so stock on the outside.. I took my D2 Coilovers off and am currently on Tein S. Techs due to my header install and Oklahoma roads. I'm looking at getting the flat black Volk TE37's in a 18x9.5 with a +38mm offset all the way around.. My stock SE-R wheel are a 18x8 with a +45mm offset. My question is will my current Nitto 245/40/18's go on this wheel? I think it will and a little bit of a stretched look is ok with me. Next question since I'm not as slammed as I used to be do you think I can pull this off all the way around without having any rubbing issues? I plan on rolling and maybe pulling my rear fenders a little just in case but I wanted to ask some of you what you thought.. Any insight on this will be greatly appreciated because I am ready to pull the trigger and swipe the card.. Lemme know please!

Thanks,

Sean

Wee bit on the wide side for me. And yes, those will have a bit of a stretched look IMO.

But will they work without any issues and will those tires go on there ok? It is a bit wide but its diffrent which is what I'm shooting for, as far as Altima SE-R's go..

Take some measurements and do the math as far as the fitment goes.

1.) You know your current width (tire & wheel) & offset.
2.) You know what you're going to buy (tire wheel/width/offset).

Go outside and measure to check & see if there will be any issues. There shouldn't be, but it be nice to get an idea as to where things will be (outer edge of wheel / tire {fender well clearance} , inner edge of said wheel/tire {strut clearance}, etc.).

I'm not a fan of the stretched look, so I will kindly exit.

18 x 9.5s all around is actually quite wide for a Maxima. But if you could pull this one out, I'm sure it will look really dope. Don't forget to update us on this one.

I think he has a SE-R, so that size MIGHT be pushing it for Altimas.

245 on a 9.5 is fine.

9.5 +38 will poke a little.

I've got a similar idea, except I'm looking to swap the 5-spoke wheels from an 07' altima onto my car. Has anyone done this without having to modify anything? [edit] they are the 17" that come with the 3.5 se

Well... you already bought them, so just wait until you receive them and throw them up. If they bolt up and fit without rubbing then go get some tires.
