Lug Nuts

Does anyone know of any lug nuts that are hex pattern but are small in diameter to fit into aftermarket rims?

I have spline right not and there rusting i also see a lot of salt so open end has me iffy. I saw rays has some 7 sided lugs that fit aftermarket rims, but im not spending over 100$ on nuts.

Gorilla Automotive has great lock-nuts in different colors in small diameters. I had black chrome lugs with my wheels and they were very small compared to the OEM lugs and chipping the wheels while taking them off was NOT an issue

I don't remember if Nissan's have 12x1.25 or 12x1.50
