FInally decided on my rims/tires...

I think I'm gonna get them both from Tire Rack, already mounted and balanced. Grand total w/ shipping and Road Hazard is ~$1300; IMHO not too bad unless I can find them cheaper...

Wheels:

Tires:

http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires....1=yes&place=11

I have waited 4 years and been through 3 Maimxas trying to put rims on one of them, and these will be my first ones I should be ordering them no later than Monday, so hopefully I can have them by nexy weekend at the latest...

Yeah, but IMHO there aren't many wheels that look even decent on a Maxima

Actually, I have only seen these rims on a few Maxima's since I've been looking - and there aren't that many Maxima's around central Fla anyway...

To me, the 350z 35th anv. rims look the best, but they are staggerd and EXPENSIVE; closely followed by these and finally most of the open, 5spoke designs. Maybe some of the 6spokes look ok, but other than that I pretty much hate every other wheel design out there on a Max; we just have hard cars to put rims on IMHO...

I heard that everybody had the MM EVO5's back when I bought the rims in my sig and that was in 2001, but I never saw them on any other car except on the org. They are mos def the best looking rim for the Max. I have a 2005 now and will probably get them for it.

Meh, for a 6th gen

Oh, I forgot to add I think I am going to go with a 245/40/18 tires size, and the rims are 8" wide. Forsee any issues??? The tire calculator says my speedo should read about 1mph slower than I am really going...
