245/45/17 ok for 17x7 wheels?

I can get some 245.45.17 tires for my wheels really cheap, is that safe for a 17x7 wheel?

yeah i checked into it. thanks for replying.. if anyone cares thats for a 8-9.5 inch wide wheel.

ill stick to 225/50
