Wheel fitment

Will 18x18.5 +30 offset rims fit on my 98. Tires on them are 245/40/R18. Also will they rub a lot if lowered?

I think it's going to stick out a little in the front, the rear should be real close to flush.
this is a 17x8.5 +40 on the front


should be 2mm less than this wheel
