SSR Out of business?

I had heard they were, but never got anything confirmed. Are they out of business? Looking to get some competitions for my winter rims, and tirerack says they only have 18x7s left supposedly. Wheels boutique says they still have them, but I question them as a company. Any info is appreciated.

They filed for bankruptcy in January, then Tanabe was to buy out their remaining assets. I haven't heard who's carrying them here in the states yet. Anybody in the industry hear the latest?
