3.5 s/c build thread....
I'm gonna do my best to keep a detailed list of my next couple of steps.
I plan to use the next week to get my EU wired up and working and then the weekend following that ill start the process of adding my super charger and Matty's plate kit.
I'm honestly looking to put down 330-350 ft-lbs and I'll be happy.
I will also get a dyno done and take as many pics as i can.
wish me luck gents...
EDIT: I will try and update my parts list in this thread and pics in the other ones.
My motor setup and current mods:
Year of Engine:
03 3.5 maxima motor with ~40k on engine
Engine Modifications:
DEK injectors
cams drilled with JWT spacers
JWT VQ35 valve springs
ARP rod bolts
SSIM
pathfinder TB
no midpipe (MAF connects right to TB)
old injen filter attached to the maf
unorthodox UDP
budget Y pipe
obx type h cat back
no PS
No iacv
The motor cost me around $350 and the prices of the other things are commonly known.
Transmission Modifications:
Spec stage 2+ with cut oem flywheel
I bought the clutch from a seller on the org and it ran me around $350 or so.
Other:
Here is a video of my car idling.

Good luck with it. I wish my DD had a 3.5 in it, let alone a blower on top of that!

I also might have to put the iacv back on the car just in case i have any idling issue while doing this install. It would make it a lot easier to diagnose any issue i might run into.

No, no - spray PLUS S/C boost - since I think a UTEC is next for me, and I already have headers and stuff, it would seem logical.. plus I have another 3.5 in the garage for a forged lower-end build. If I S/C, then I'll need lower compression pistons - otherwise 11:1 pistons for just spray. And maybe a 6-spd LSD...
Or maybe the heat and humidity is just getting to me...

Congrats on your 3.5 swap.....and yeah, that booooooost is going to make your make max dance all over the highway through 1st, 2nd, and most of 3rd gear
What pulley size are you going with? I don't see any fuel upgrades listed, what are you doing about fuel? You mention "drilled cams and JWT spacers", are those aftermarket or the stockers?
Good luck and keep us posted.
