Well I finally have this setup somewhat put together. There is still alot of fine tuning and cleaning up to do. Don’t stare down the engine bay too hard I got all kinda of wires that need to come off or be loomed. I also haven’t had time to redo my first projector retrofit, I need r34s.
Equipment:
Master Power t3/t4 Turbo 50 trim .63 a/r
370cc injectors
Stock MAF
Walbro 255 lph
Monza Bov
Mishimoto Intercooler 28x7.5x2.5
Tial 38 mm Wastegate
Custom front feed Y pipe
2.5" downpipe and full 2.5" exhaust
2.5" catalytic converter and 24" resonator
3" Dynomax Super Turbo Muffler
Emanage Blue /w injector and ignition harnesses
Emanage Pressure Sensor
Pivot turbo timer
Zeitronix ZT2 Full Wideband set up with boost sensor and egt
iEqqus Oil Pressure Gauge
Turbo oil feed restrictor
Dual air intake temp gauge (pending)
The fabrication work was done by Mark and the crew at Fastech Motorsports in Louisville, TN back in 05. My front feed was made and intercooler piping. I removed the intercooler piping and such and took the car to a muffler shop where they made this pipe to go from the front feed y to the cat.
I liked doing it this way because the car can be returned to n/a by just swapping out the turbo feed for the feed to connector pipe if needed.
The car was still N/A until three weeks ago while I got my parts together and stopped being lazy and such. Check my cardomain for part install dates cause they are spread out pretty far.. Doing retrofits don't help with free time either. I also moved cross country from TN to the Left liberal coast of WA state, over the years I gathered parts and read the boost forums everyday. Thanks to all the guys that helped me with information and answering my questions like Nealoc, Mardi, I30tMikeD, Choray911, Speedcrazie, and various members that shared their install pics.
Still figuring out how to use the emanage for tuning and trying to figure out the boost. I guess this thing starts spooling around 2800 rpm, full boost???? rpm? I really haven't taken it past 4k yet, still in testing phase. Ironically one of the highest psi I hit was 11 but the wg is set at 8. So I have to figure that out. I think my ks is dead. But the car feels nice with boost. The oil feed restrictor also works for me because before I was burning a little oil in boost. Now the exhaust is clean.

Forward feed, turbo exhaust housing, and downpipe coated with DEI high temp spray. I got pretty good prices for the spray and wrap at Summitracing.com. Still need to wrap downpipe.
Wrapped y
Turbo timer (left) and Zeitronix display temporary location.(note car was not running on that display)
The ZT2 display will be located on the steering column like Choray911's setup. Bose is coming out and carputer going in so I can do emanage and zt2 logging without a laptop. I will forego that if someone will give me an E-01 display.
2.5" Exhaust, flex, cat, and resonator. Mad clearance boyz.
You can also see a portion of the oil feed line, and the wastegate.
I am going back and forth since I have a empty hole in my dual gauge cluster. I was thinking about putting in an intake air temp gauge but I don’t race or anything so that info would just be for personal knowledge.
Here is a mini write up for this. Nordskog has a digital air temp gauge (in red led only) and it comes with the sensor. You can get another sensor for this gauge separate from another website. Get a relay and wire the sensor lead before the intercooler to prong 87a, prong 30 will be the led to the gauge. The second intake sensor’s sensor wire will go to prong 87. When the relay is off you will get the preintercooler reading, hit a switch and get the after intercooler reading. There is also a time circuit you can build found on the12volt.com that will automatically activate the relay off and on so you wouldn’t physically have to hit a switch. Just an idea, maybe its something track maximas can use.

oh wow congrats man! PLEASE take some videos of this baby when she's ready for some runs
P.S. I strongly suggest, that with the silicone paint, not only to paint the pipe before wrapping (as I read you did), but also, once its wrapped, spray the wrap itself with it. This will prevent most of the moisture from ever even going through the wrap to the painted pipe to start with.

thats pretty nice man, one of the cleanest turbo setup ive seen, usually i see people have the pipes all clustered up to where you can barley see the turbo. in your car it seems like you have space to work on stuff.

I used the dual outlet block fitting that tees out where the oil pressure sensor sits. On the fitting is the op switch, my oil pressure gauge, and the feed.
