ok thnk u for your patience with me im still rather new to boost..ive read many threads started by u and streetz. i have to say that im happy to see a poor mans turbo setup because i am poor as poor can be. thank you again

lol no offense but i would never trade my MT for an auto atuo takes the fun out of driving for me.. i know this has nothing to do with the thread so i appoligise.but any way any updates? i cant wait to get my project started.. sourcing parts now so hopefully by the end of the summer ill b boosted any rmt 5th gens on the org yet???????

and according to The Law, the man drove (against The Law's recommendations) the car with no oil being fed to the turbo for 1/2hr. Needless to say he fried that turbo and AFAIK he sold the car shortly there after with everything on it. Someone correct me if Im wrong but thats the info I gather.

Next step is to kill off credit card debt, then replace my Walbro 190 with a 255 so I can run my full 8psi. THAT is when I'll be back with dynos and videos.

I am already back home. I did the walk around. I was out with friends just walking around and I spotted the car by the rims and 95-96 body. I had to check by making sure it had FMIC and turbo in the butt. Nice work.

very nice setup....i did notice on our big turbo jetta most of the noise we have tends to come from the open waste gate dump and less so from the dp fed exhaust. but when we drove it with no exhaust it sounded mean as heck
but then we caugth his firewall on fire due to all the flames spewing out of the dp into open atmostphere.n the guys at midas called and said " do you know that blk jetta you parked here....when we went to pull it into the bay we noticed that you had a fire on the passenger side firewall. we put it out for you."
car wasnt damaged though.

Yea it gets kinda loud from outside when the WG opens. Damn man, I need to get a soundclip with the cutout open, it >* lol
