hey man where did you get that bracing that you have going across the front of the radiator that looks like it helps the front hold together and not flex as much.
Also how is the 2.5" setup, I contemplating between doing a 3" or 2.5" setup

put that thing away man, you just pulled out the biggest **** at a swinger's party......lol
fking HUGE FMIC, nice
LOL, there were others who had similiar sized ones here.
I actually didnt want it this big. I was looking for something around 6in but couldnt find one with a 3" inlet/outlet since all my piping was 3" already.
I tried running a 6" IC with a 2.5 inlet/outlet using reducers but it hurt performance.

28"x5.5"x2.5" it has 2.25" inlets, and I ran my piping through the rad support like choray911, while also keeping the bumper support intanct (and fog lights ).
I am way overdue for an IC upgrade as this is too small for my boost level. Hopefully soon, Im going with the setup koosho had in the first page (cut the bumper support half way to fit a taller unit.

My intercooler pipes are also routed through the (rusty) lower radiator support. yeah you will def have to cut the bumper / support if you plan to go any taller/ thicker.
black Garrett inercooler, think it was about 36 x 14 x 3.5 ( half of a intercooler from a freightliner semi) , no bumper support, cut holes through frame like other guy in a prior post. this is my old car, just thought it was cool to post the old pics.
Hey guys, here is some pics of the my set-up, this is the 1st mock-up so to speak. Once the car is start and tune, I will then hook up the I/C set-up everything and then the section will be welded all together then polished and black chromed. I'm going to drill a bunch of whole in the bumper support so at least some air could go true. I know many remove the bumper support but no thanks for me, at last I may re-enforce with some alu brace if necessary.
