i took a ride in that thing when i was at tilleys shop and god damn it fu$$ing pulls hard.....really impressive setup. Also guys if you need anything done to your cars ask this man right here to do it. He is very very good with maximas and has very good pricing on everything he does. Im definatelly making him my maxima mechanic even if he is 100 miles away. Great guy very pleasant, took me to a bar/lunch place that had the best beer battered fries ive ever tasted, and the bbq wings were amazing. Tilley im coming up this tues most likely to get my motor mounts intalled.!!!

ps. by the way those numbers are on a jwt ecu.

You cerainly shouldn't be maxing out your MAF @ 350whp....that is a sign of the JWT not letting you make near the power you should be with the amount of air comming in the motor

I was spiking around 10-12 psi for some reason but as soon as it would spike the MAF was done. I think i have my spike figured out and im gonna put a different 2k2IM(ported) on. I also just got my Ford lightning 90mm MAF yesterday so we are gonna test that out.

Once it's warmer...which shouldn't be too long from now, judging by the weather as of late.

Sorry...Cardomain is shrinking them....

FIRST graph Mikes hp/tq are on top, while on the SECOND graph Tilleys' hp/tq is on top, if that helps.

I think you used one of the messed up runs. I know one had horrible tq for some reason.

Your best torque run by 4000rpm was Run#1 with 272.54wtq vs. Mikes' 350.38wtq, which is better. However, your AFR was 15.18 and each run kept getting lower as you lowered the AFR to a safer range.

I'd suggest a larger exhaust housing, and a serious intake manifold if you're chasing bigger numbers. Your dropping in power in the last 1000 RPM, and by a lot.

Timing seems to really make a HUGE difference in power. The 3.5 can run ALOT more than 10 degrees @ WOT.

I would guess the large drop is mainly due to the leaning out the last 1K rpms

The 3.5 should be making much more torque than me. I am sure it's all in the JWT ECU.

Thats one reason i hate the 2k2 IM it sucks over 5500 or so......

Last night i swaped my wastegate and i still get boost spike over 5500 I checked the pipe for the wastegate to see if it is restricted and it seems too be good, i even thought maybe the single vac/boost source wasnt good enough so i tried another.....any ideas????

fab up a spacer below the IM. Adds 35 WHP stock to the Z's. Our IM sits too low and blocks/slows air at higher flows. The spacer should allow for greater velocity and flow at higher boost/rpm. I'm probably not explaining it well. Talk to Corey.

Time to ditch the POS JWT ECU and instantly gain 50whp. No way Mikes 3.0 should have more torque than the 3.5 at any rpm range, same for the HP.
