Belts seem to squeek during cold starts..

I posted earlier about squeeking belts but it seemed like the problem disappeared. Until the temperature dropped again last week. I dunno if it's alternator. It sqeeks like a mohfo when I use anything electrical on my car (ie. headlights, stereo, climate control, etc..) Then the problem seems to go away after the car is warmed up..

Why does my car have to have so many problems??..

I believe its a condition of owning an SC in the cold climates. The drive belt just doesn't like it when its cold. I get that here on the west coast and I've noticed that come every winter. You'll just have to get used to it. If the noise persists then the belt is just a bit loose.

Oh yeah, let the engine warm up before driving. I usually wait until the temp needle passes clear of the "C".
