Faded Weather Stripping

The weather stripping around my windows has gone from black to a crusty white. Does anyone know of a way of returning the color to black or do you have to replace the stripping? If you have to replace it, where do you get it and how do you do it?

Any product from Mothers or Meguiars is good. I have used Meguiars Natural Vinyl and Rubber Protectant. click
However it dosen't work well on the rear window molding. From what I've seen on Max's that particular molding seems to get chalk white. I am looking for something for this molding at this time.
