VTC ?'s

What is a VTC mine car is ticking when i turn it off. Is that bad, my moms chrystler sebring is a 1999 and it ticks to when you turn it off. So what should i do and what the **** is a VTC?

You don't have them...92-94 SE only.

Edit: I would tell you to do a search to find out what they are but you knew that already right.
