There are two types of kits, the molded ones that are better because it not just a overlayed peice of wood/plastic. But with the overlayed piece, you get about 25-32 pieces, most molded kits are only 8pieces. Just depends on which one floats your boat and how much trim you want.

Go to discountdash.com

They have 2 molded dashes to choose from: Wood or Brushed Aluminum. Do not get a Joshua Tree kit or any kit from eBay, they are just like stickers. Get either the Wood or Brushed Aluminum molded kit. I have the Aluminum and will be posting pics soon

The price is 150 at alkaplus.com

But i dont quit undertsnad what the difference between a molded one, and an overlay is. I mean the alkaplus kit for 150, comes with 35 pieces! and also more then half price of joshua tree. please help me decide. thanks guys

OK....An overlay is exactly what it means. It sits ontop of you original plastic...but it doesn't cover 100% of the plastic. A molded kit covers 100% of the plastic..sides and everything..In my opinion go with the molded...take a look at my pics...see how the console looks factory?

looks nice - you wouldn't happen to have a pic of the door armrests? very curious about that fit, is it a replacement or a tight moulded overlay (armrests have a lot of curves).

cheapies

Damn guys, i'd watch out for the cheap wood kits. I am quite disappointed with my JT kit as well, despite having bought new pieces and tried to improve on it, there are still gaps and it looks mediocre at best.

WoodDash.com apparently gets theirs from a different supplier than JT, and the kits look a lot better and fit a lot better.

Worth the extra money not to have your interior look like it was done by the KMart guy.

I saw the molded kits on ebay for like 135 but they were wood, I have black interior and need possibly stainless steal and really don't have the money at the moment, trying to save up for a cheap system...
