you can actually just pull out the bottom of the panel, and get under the door when open and unscrew it then.. I had to install speakers this way, and well I was affraid of breaking somethnig that is why i didn't undo the whole door panel... But now i know how LOL.. just had to goto nissan dealer for some new clips/snaps that go onto the door then press into the door itself... a few bucks for a lesson why not.. right? Good luck... The door panel is pretty easy on and off..

Just wait until you do the rear deck, you have to remove the back seat.

couple of sneaky screw to look for in the door panel, one in the armrest part, where you can put change in that hole. pop the center circle out with flathead screwdriver. then unscrew

two screws at the very bottom, these are visible, and seems like on the part of the door where you open the door from the inside.

those pieces have to be popped off. delicate though a screw driver can cut your leather or bend it up. use a cloth or something, and pop out on the top around half an inch to the end on each side.

sometimes it can be a pain.
