17" or possibly 18" rims with Teins?

I have a set of Tein S. Tech's sitting in the garage waiting to be installed but if I wanted to get 17" rims, would the tires start rubbing the fenders at turns? Is getting 18" rims pushing it?

depends on the drop of the springs. i have Intrax springs with 1.7" drop all around and 18's. they don't rub at all. the tire size is 225/40/18.
