95 Bose System upgrade

Yeah I wonna upgrade my system but I'm not sure how to do since it's bose. All I want to do is to put a 10" in the back, I was wondering what is the best way to hook up the amp to the audio outputs on this car because of the external amp and **** like that.

Ait what I found so far by myself that I can get a high-low converter and just tap into my rear wire speakers. Is that right? Then my next question is where do I hook up the bass controler wire, that blue pc of ****? Also what would be the best way to route my positive cable to the back of the car without making it messy inside the iterior and not ****ing up my leather seats
