I don't think so... I "tapped" the bushing that came with the Stillen kit onto their polymer one with a hammer and some wood. Try to support the inner race from the bottom as you tap from above.

I used the 6 inch C-clamp and a block of wood to get it in straight and true...thanks to Chunger...

they sound different as well. But in any case Matts blower sounds like a V2 with that small pulley
