Great experience dealing with operatic (HID kit vendor)

I got a set of H11 HIDs from the 3BSpec guys and Mike aka operatic and his colleague Hanh were great to deal with. They sent tracking and shipping information promptly, and were responsive to questions via PM and email. The kits are overnighted via UPS and packaged well.

GD thread is here:

I actually got a bad ballast, but after checking in with Mike and doing a few more simple diagnostics for him, he overnighted me another ballast with a pre-labeled return envelope to send back the faulty ballast. No hassle whatsoever.

FWIW, install was really easy, but you have to figure out where to mount the ballast and remember to wrap the spade/pin connectors well.

Yup, can't believe Honda put such nice projector housings on it and then used regular ol Sylvania halogens. It is now the way it should be.

Here's an old pic from when the car was new:

I definitely recommend the kit being sold by operatic.

The kit is top quality and the customer service is great, plus overnight shipping can not be beat!!
