Parting once gorgeous '92 - heavily modded 5-speed swap car

11/25/07: Car is gone. I have 3 items left

Fidanza, ACT, 10K miles on the set. $350+shipping. Pic 1, Pic 2
PlaceRacing CAI, Silver with New K&N cleaning kit. $100 shipped Pic
BlehmCo Stage II LTB $135 Shipped, never installed but has some scratches.Pic

Old info below here.
__________________________________________________ __________

11/11/07: Updated info and parts PICS!

Here are the pics from the accident.
Edit: I've added pics of the interior to the Flickr link,
http://www.flickr.com/photos/8421431...7602565754100/

Engine from 92'SE, was an Auto, rebuilt VTCs, Ported upper and lower intake manifold 78K
This is a strong engine, it should go to an enthusiast. Intake removed for NissanWorks spacer kit removal, can reinstall. I also have the VE from the car I did the 5-speed swap from. I used the VTC's from it for rebuild cores. Both engines can go at once, I'm thinking in the $400+ range (for both, not each). The 5-speed upper intake manifold with VI is the one I ported.

Upgrade parts still available
JWT 5-speed ECU $350 shipped
Fidanza, ACT, 10K miles on the set. $350+shipping. Pic 1, Pic 2

PlaceRacing CAI, Silver with New K&N cleaning kit. $100 shipped Pic

BlehmCo Groundwire Kit $40 shipped

Koni Reds These have maybe 12K on them. How about $300 + shipping?

HUD from early 3rd gen $55 shipped Pic

Euro Grill. Its chipped as the pics show, but still very rare. $85 shipped
Stock grill without Nissan Hamburger, perfect shape $40 shipped

Custom Maxima 3 gauge pod. Some years ago someone put together a GD on these. It was molded from the stock A-piller trim. $25 shipped

Stock SE fog lights, no chips. Pic 1, Pic 2 PENDING

VE Auto starter. Been sitting since I did the swap, pulled at 68K. Pic

WSP Y-Pipe and cat back New info!
The cat-back is toast, but the y might be ok. I'll pull it sometime this week and get a pic.

Random interior shot

Parts that are sold/spoken for
VLSD 5-speed tranny, axles and hubs SOLD!
Nissanworks Spacer kit $100 SOLD!
Courtesy FSTB $40 shipped SOLD!
BlehmCo RSTB $75 shipped SOLD!
Eibach SOLD!
ASP UDP SOLD!
Katzkin two-tone leather interior SOLD!
Rear Bulb Housings SOLD!

Removed items:
ST sways, even the front is tweaked a bit. I don't think they are worth selling.
B&M 4th gen Short Throw knock off modded for 3rd gen. I modded this a bit more than I remembered and I don't have instructions for install. I'll just toss it.

Then of course, I have the rest of the normal car stuff. I will be moving the brakes to my 94 GXE but pretty much everything else is available.

dibs on that 3 gauge pod. Do you have gauges in it? I see you never installed it. I don't know about $25 though...what did they go for on the GD?

LOL, nice edit, I was gonna ask if you had seen the pics. I'll check on the housings tomorrow. The left side should be ok.

I think I've responded to everyone's PMs. This has generated quite a bit of interest, more than I expected.

Also a little note about time frame. I am having a bit of trouble getting the car into the garage. My driveway has a bit of an incline to it, so car + wheel skates + incline is impossible for one person to do. Today I'll be calling some friends to give me a hand. Once its in the garage, I can tear it apart. Bottom line is that I should be able to start pulling parts during this week.

I'll live. on 3rd week of Chiro appointments, hopefully not too much more. Last night visit wasn't too great though.

I sure did enjoy the ECU while I had it. That, the y-pipe and intake spacers were the best mods IMHO. I could spin the tires in first gear from a 20 mile an hour roll, on KDW Z-rated tires. It was excellent.

Its a bit of work. You need to splice a half a dozen wires and cut a hole in the dash (with it out of the car). Then again, I could sell you the dash too...

Search for the CraigB writeup, its all you would need. I thought it was easy but time consuming.

I'm keeping the grill emblem and I don't think there is anything else. 3rd Gen's are pretty emblem free.
