Energy Suspension shifter bushings

i did a search but couldnt come up with anything, so i figured i would ask. i recently purchased a set of polyurethane bushings for my 02 SE 6spd, they go in the shifter gate itself and 2 or 3 of them go in the shift linkage under the hood. anyway, has anyone else used these? its too cold for me to put them in now, but i was curious if there is any improvment in shifter feel and if it helps with the "3rd gear" crunch.

thanks in advance guys.

ive had them for awhile (i was one of the first to get these and the STS from Cattman).
I love them. Gives the shifter a stiffer more sure feeling.
