Can you replace your drive belts without removing anything?

Can you replace your drive belts without removing anything? I just checked the How To's and it shows a helpful picture, but doesnt mention if you need to remove anything.

You need to remove the plastic cover in the wheel well, and a couple under the car.

Beyond that, nothing else is required. It helps if you take the wheel off though...

sounds pretty easy, i actually called a few shops before winter to get it done and they quoted me 100ish....I know what my weekend project is now, thanks for the help
