Are you reading your FSM? If you don't have one, get one. I believe it shows that you have to give it a good wack with a hammer and a special tool that seperates the pan from the block. A flathead screw driver might work just find to break it lose. But, the FSM says not to use a screwdriver b/c it could bend the lip of the pan. Just be careful and don't pry the pan off.

I would remove the crossmember and Ypipe to do this job. Both are VERY easy to remove in just a few minutes. Support the motor by the crank pulley and a block of wood with a scissor jack.

Well, if you have to remove the crossmember, then you'll have to remove the entire motor mount towards the rear of the car (RH mount). Drop the crossmember with one motor mount left on it.

call up ASP at 1-877-928-8678

say in the est voice you have

"hay, I have a your pulley for the 92-94 Maxima SE and it has caused an oil leak and I was told you will put a sleeve on it if I mail it in? Can you give me more info?"

or you can just mail it to them. I just called to make sure.

They resleeve them for free. I bought one used from an .org member and they did the work no questions asked.

I think you have to call ahead in a voice, just to be sure, though.

Yeap, go ahead and call your local dealers and find a new crank seal. I'd get two b/c they are hard to track down sometimes at the last minute. Get the sleeve installed, new seal, and you'll be set.

You spent all that work on removing your oil pan before finding out where the leak was. You live and learn. Next time you'll clean the oil pan well, start the motor, then look very closely to see where the oil is coming from.

always support the mom-n-pop stores, they're the ones who will bail your azz out when that stupid little part is hard to find, they'll find it if they know it'll keep you coming back. You may have to spend more, but in the long run it'll be worth it.

And they are less likely to give you the wrong part too.....When my seal went out advance auto tried to give me a camshaft seal...
