This thing is supposed to slip right on the crank right. The old one slides off and on. My new Fidanza flywheel is not sliding in over the crank. I am currently using a rubber mallet to attempt to get this on. Tell me this is what everyone else went through....

You have to shave oh so little off the inside diameter of the fylwheel, not the crank. I did the same thing a few weeks ago and it slid right on

No worries. It's amazing what a rubber mallet and clockwise hitting will do.

I am all finished. Got everything back together after doing rear main seal, clutch, and flywheel. And the car won't start. Only rolling starts. I am curious how I would be able to diagnos an issue with the starter.

I tried that. I beat the death out of the flywheel and there was no way it was going on.
Did you make sure you plugged back in all the sensors ?? Bell housing sensor is a main one that would effect starting. Did you reinstall the Timing Ring on the back of the NEW fidanza Flywheel ??

If the car was starting fine before the install, I wouldnt be worried about the starter.

Yes...I did install the timing ring. Is the bell house sensor on the housing near the firewall on and about a few cubics from the starter.

Would a corrided battery harness screw up a starter.
