How is that a custom IM?

Or is it just a stock 00VI?

Next up: Custom intake piping

Or you could just strap a filter right there on the TB, like on my CIVIC TYPE R!!!!!!!111one

Cool. Now install it on your car and convince us to do it as well with 1/4 mile times.

How complicated was the install. Not the Q45 TB, the install of the IM on the car. I am assuming it bolts right up but... you never know. Does the upper DE-K manifold bolt to the lower DE manifold or did you change both to fit it on?

BTW, are you planning on replacing the JWT cams with stock VQ35 cams? That's what japmax96SE did. Hasn't tried it yet (http://www.cardomain.com/id/japmax96).

Its not easy took alot of mods, i used the DE lower (removed then spun 180% and reinstalled it) I had to bore the holes out (2 middle fronts) and had to make either end bolts holes.

So you couldn't use the DE-k lower too?

What about the wiring and all.

So you went through this since you couldn't find a DE-K lower manifold? K. The DE-K lower should bolt right on my 1995 heads, right?

I talked to the guy at the junk yard. I am buying a full 3.5 but might trade him the entire 3.5 manifold for a 2000-2001 VI but keep the 3.5 heads so can use a 3.5 bottom end, 3.0 heads with 3.5 cams & 00-01 VI.

I removed the swirl junk in the lower and welded the holes shut.

dude just use the whole 3.5 block.

I want to know how your car runs without all the other things connected to the intake manifold. I have a 2k manifold in my room too but waiting for someone else to install it first so I can follow. Hey isn't the Q throttlebody radius much bigger than the opening of the intake manifold even after boring it?

Should have gone with the Pathfinder TB, for the amount of power you're making.

K. But A 00-01 VI + Pathfinder TB would've been better than the MEVI on your '97.

Can you describe how you did it? Looks like an adapter plate was used for the different holes?

Hmmm...I wonder if a 5th gen could get around the TPS/IAC.

I don't think anyone's made one yet. I would like to see one too but let's be patient. If you're really eager to do it you can read up on all the threads and figure it out yourself.
