Hey guys, I was thinking about putting a Cold Air Intake on my max and was wondering if this is any good. The price is pretty good compared to $150+ for other CAI's, was just wondering if there is any difference. Also is it hard to install and does it really add hp?

It's really a CAI. Just save up $50 and get a Berk with K&N....something you know is good.

A lot of people bought Injen knockoff from ebay and it seems to be working fine for them. Just replace the filter if you do decide to buy intake from ebay

I bought the Injen knockoff recently, doesnt have any instructions but it was pretty obviously easy to install, took me about 1 hour. It works great for me, gotta love the growl!!

installed my ebay knock-off injen last night. lovin it!

fairly easy to install. although, instructions would of been helpful. actually, it would of been alot more confusing without a pic for me to go by. but i found an injen how-to here:

had to bore out some of the holes on the stock MAF housing to make the bolts fit through. and had to take out a ton of crap. i ended up with a big box full of stock parts (stock intake, air tubing, airbox, resinator, brackets, hoses, etc).

love the growl at mid-full WOT! feels good on butt-dyno so far. hopefully once my ecu relearns everything in a few miles all will remain positive. no loss of low-end power as of yet...crossing my fingers on that one.
