I finally figured out what was going on with my timing chain. It must have been put on at the factory off by three links. I lined up the cam sprocket arrows to the marks on the case. ...

I did it myself and it only took me about 8...

I did it myself and it only took me about 8 hours. I had no clue how to came apart so I was not fast.
