Fuel gauge and Temp gauge not working properly

I read that this may be the Dashboard regulator, Anyone know or have a part number? ( dealer has no clue as to what im talking about )

Planning on changing my own oil soon. What weight should i go with. Im in NJ and its not that hot yet.
I was gonna use mobil 1 high mileage 5w 30, or 10w 30

Cam Sensor?

There is a sensor, on the timing belt cover. The top part of the cover. Is it the Cam sensor. It seems to be dripping oil.

Manual Trans Re build in NJ

My axle seal keeps leaking, even though i changed the seal a few times. Its inevitable but i guess i have to rebuild my trans. Its a 98 5 speed.

Problem while changing spark plugs

Ok here is what happened,. I decided to change my plugs with the iridiums. While doing so, the 2nd coil in the rear ( the center one). While i took the coil out the rubber on the tip didnt come out....
