Not sure about all situations, but in this case the limp code is caused by lack of a "feedback" signal at startup. It is not something that would occur on the road and I would bet that "limp" mode...

Thanks, the FSM does say to replace the relay once the diagnosis confirms that the electrical connections are okay. I guess I will give this a shot, especially if the part is cheap.
