Both codes relate to Bank 1 Sensor 2. You should only need the one sensor (which has a white harness). I just replaced mine last Friday. So far so good.

Yes, the old sensor. I cannot get to the plastic electronic connector (up in the floor board) of the old sensor to disconnect it. Maybe I'm not being clear because I don't see how cutting the wire...
