WTB 01 SE MAF Sensor (short)

I have picked 2 MAFs from parts cars, my year, and the sensor itself was longer than the one in my car. They wont fit into the tube.
Anyone ever seen this?

i just changed my battery a few days ago. the old one was abou 4 years old.

had no issues, car starts, all elec works. but the battery and brake...
