Thinking eithe the Cam or Crank sensor is the issue. May not be getting fuel and spark at the correct times. The only way it wont start is you are getting fuel, air and spark is if the timing is off

The temp sensor is the key. The O2 sim just puts out a voltage constant and the downstream needs to be less than the upstream. Theoretically you could just build one yourself for all the sensors...
