That's the same place mine was leaking from. The was a small crack in the rubber boot. Got a new piece of rubber for less than 2 bucks.

Yes the bulbs are H3 bulbs but there are 2 versions. One is 55w(the factory wattage) and 100w. I replaced mine before I installed my fog lights.

My SE didn't come with fog lights but I did have the fog light switch and the wires for them. Check and make sure that the fog light relay is there because mine wasn't.

Yeah my driver's side boot tore yesterday. The local shop also told me that as long as it's not clicking, it can be repaired. But just for my piece of mine, I'm going to have the entire axle replaced.
